This week, Noah and Kevin share further testimonies of their experiences with fasting through a time of grief. Fasting in mourning allows us to take time to express grief, instead of avoid it. It allows us space to humble your souls (to open yourself up to the reality of death). And it allows us to redirect our grief towards Jesus, instead of allowing our sorrow to turn into hopelessness.
