・課題がないとソリューションの前提なのにソリューションが多いジレンマ ・ソリューションは顕在的な課題、潜在的な課題、課題でなくなった課題に対して提供されている ・やっぱり課題のほうが大切ではないか？ ・課題の重要度、影響度、解決策の効用は業務プロセス分析や因果関係図から明らかにしていく ・解決策が価値を生むが価値の大きさは課題の大きさに依存する ・課題を適切に切り取れるとソリューションの価値を最大化できる
