  • If You Want More Out of Your Life, Watch This | Dr. Cheryl Polote-Williamson
    Sep 29 2026

What does it really take to become the woman you know you’re capable of becoming?

In this episode of A Conversation with Matthew Sanchez, I sit down with Dr. Cheryl Polote-Williamson for a conversation about success, mindset, purpose, business, faith, confidence, and what it takes to create more for your life.

Dr. Cheryl is a certified success and mindset coach, entrepreneur, multi-bestselling author, filmmaker and executive producer, and Editor-in-Chief of Cheryl Magazine. She is also the CEO and founder of Williamson Media Group and Cheryl Polote Williamson, LLC. Her official biography says she has helped 470 men and women enter entrepreneurship.

Her impact goes far beyond business. Dr. Cheryl founded Soul Reborn, a nonprofit dedicated to helping women heal, discover their purpose, and gain tools to succeed in both life and business. Her official biography says the organization has supported more than 10,000 underserved, disenfranchised and previously incarcerated women through education covering entrepreneurship, leadership, money management, storytelling and personal development.

Dr. Cheryl has also built a career around helping women change the way they think about themselves and what’s possible for their lives. Her message centers on mindset, purpose and taking action toward the life you’re called to build.

This conversation is for the woman who wants more — whether that means starting a business, growing in her career, becoming financially stronger, discovering her purpose, rebuilding after a difficult season, or simply becoming a better version of herself.

We talk about the mindset behind success, overcoming setbacks, entrepreneurship, relationships, faith, purpose, influence, and why becoming successful starts long before anyone else can see the results.

If you know there is more inside of you, this conversation is for you.

  • Postpartum Depression & Postpartum Psychosis: The Signs Families Can’t Afford to Miss | Dr. Charlotte M. Sanchez
    Sep 21 2026

What happens when the emotions after having a baby become more than just the “baby blues”? And how can families recognize when a mother may need help?

In this episode of A Conversation With Matthew, Matthew Sanchez sits down with licensed therapist Dr. Charlotte M. Sanchez, Ed.D., L.P.C., C.A.M., for an important conversation about postpartum depression, postpartum psychosis, and the warning signs that can sometimes go unnoticed.

They discuss the difference between baby blues and postpartum depression, how symptoms can appear, intrusive thoughts, what “losing touch with reality” can actually look like, and when a situation may require immediate help.

The conversation also explores postpartum psychosis through questions raised by the Lindsay Clancy case, why some mothers can fall through the cracks even after seeking help, what husbands and family members should watch for, and what treatment and recovery can look like.

Most importantly, Dr. Sanchez speaks directly to the mother who knows she doesn’t feel like herself but may be afraid to tell someone what she’s experiencing.

If you know someone who recently had a baby, don’t only ask about the baby. Ask about her.

  • I Got Married… Here’s What I’d Tell Every Single Person
    Sep 14 2026

That’s the one I’d use. It plays directly into the fact that you’re a married man now, but you were recently on the other side of this conversation. The thumbnail already asks “WHY’S DATING SO HARD?”, so the YouTube title adds a personal reason to click instead of simply repeating the thumbnail.

    YouTube Description

Why is dating so hard? And what changes when you stop looking for perfect and start looking for healthy?

Now that I’m married, I wanted to have an honest conversation with single people about some of the things I learned about dating, relationships, waiting, and preparing yourself for the person you’re praying for.

In this episode of A Conversation With Matthew, we talk about why loneliness can cause us to lower our standards, why potential and patterns are two very different things, and why somebody else’s timeline should never become your deadline.

We also talk about what healthy love actually looks like. Healthy love does not require perfection. It requires honesty, responsibility, and growth.

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that you can spend so much time asking God for the right person that you forget to ask yourself whether you’re becoming the right person too. Marriage isn’t the finish line. Dating is about choosing somebody you can continue building with as life, careers, families, bodies, finances, and circumstances change.

And if you’re single right now, hear this: singleness is a season, not a sentence, and it is certainly not a curse.

You are not behind. You are not waiting for your life to begin. God is writing your story right now. So live it.

If this conversation speaks to you, share it with somebody navigating dating, relationships, or a season of singleness.
