About this listen

Welcome gorgeous, Since December we have been dedicating each episode to our loved ones who guide us from the rainbow bridge. I hope you find peace and comfort as you tune in. With much love.

Here is a little about the origin and the intention of the podcast since the first episode. I created this podcast as a sanctuary for sensitive souls; a quiet space to breathe, reconnect, and begin remembering who you truly are. If you’ve ever felt that your sensitivity is “too much” or something to hide, I invite you to soften that story. Together, we’ll explore how your sensitivity is not only valid; but sacred. A gift that holds the key to your deepest intuition, connection, and strength. Each episode offers gentle insights, intuitive reflections, and soulful transmissions; often recorded outdoors, under the Tree of Love. My feline guides are usually curled nearby, and the elemental presence of nature with the fae, the winds, the earth beneath; is always close. You may feel them too. Some episodes are softly spoken solo journeys. Others feature kindred guests: both from recent conversations and the early days of the podcast: whose voices are now being lovingly honoured and re-shared. This podcast is one thread in a wider tapestry of soul work to support sensitive hearts as they find their way home to themselves.

  • Accepting the in-between with your emotional capacity.
    May 1 2026

This is a gentle introduction in Accepting the between before I share all the beautiful happenings in France with you.

This episode is a gentle reminder that your sensitivity is a sacred gift—an inner compass guiding you home to yourself. May the energy of Beltane and the waxing moon fill you with love, acceptance, and renewed strength. Remember, you are never alone in this beautiful unfolding.

We recorded under the tree of love last night and somehow the audio is not as crisp as it has been before, perhaps it was destined for slumber tones :) The message was to share and avoid perfectionism. This is how the message wished to come through.

The moon was to my left rising, Jupiter was before and we were under the tree of love feeling beautifully held in the peace of the night. The energy was magical and I hope you feel it too.

If you are experiencing any kind of loss, whether a faithful companion, your old self or any kind of relationship; please be incredibly kind to yourself and allow yourself to be in the between, honouring your body´s emotional capacity.

Sometimes, life whispers gently—"Accept the in-between,"—but truthfully, this space can feel vast, uncertain, and lonely.

In my recent reflections cocooned by the Tree of Love, I share how profound loss opens a quiet gap in our lives—a space where our heart must find new footing.

Having lost my beloved girl, Cleo, my beautiful feline guide; she was with me for 17 years, my constant, my comfort; I have been finding my new footing.

Her absence created a quiet, almost hollow space that stretched beyond grief into the realm of acceptance.

What has helped me most is realizing that allowing myself to simply be in that in-between—without rushing to "heal" or "move on" is sacred.

It’s in these moments that our emotional capacity is truly tested and expanded. The grief, the shock, the shock of our bodies adjusting; all of it's part of this sacred process of recalibration.

As empaths and sensitive souls, we often carry more than we realize. Our bodies and hearts need gentle support. We are called to honor our space, to give ourselves permission to step back, to rest, and to trust that this is part of the divine unfolding.

If you’re navigating a similar space—loss, change, or transition—know that your capacity may shift. Be kind to yourself.

Surround yourself with love, support, and gentle understanding. There’s nothing wrong with needing to pause or step away for a moment.

Because, perhaps, the greatest gift lies in accepting exactly where we are—trusting that in the quiet, in the in-between, we are growing into the depths of who we are meant to become.

    With all my love,

    Aline

  • Accepting forgiveness
    Apr 18 2026

Welcome gorgeous, In this episode, we’re continuing the theme of Love Over Fear, gently moving from accepting with trust into something deeper… allowing and accepting forgiveness.

We’re back under the tree of love, feeling into the energy of slowing down, listening to our bodies, and honouring where we are… even when things don’t go as we expected.

This episode is a beautiful reminder that as we begin to create change in our lives, whether that’s with our health, our creativity, our relationships, or our abundance… things won’t always flow perfectly. We may miss a day, fall out of rhythm, or find ourselves slipping into old patterns.

And in those moments, we’re invited into something powerful.

    We’re invited to forgive ourselves.

We explore how easy it can be, especially as sensitives and empaths, to go into guilt, perfectionism, or self-judgement when we feel like we’ve “missed something” or “not done enough”… and how that can stop us from continuing altogether.

So instead, we’re softening into compassion.

We’re recognising the patterns of the mind… the fight, flight, freeze, and fawn responses that can arise when we’re creating change… and we’re introducing a fifth, gentle anchor:

    forgiveness.

We’re also bringing in the beautiful practice of the Ho’oponopono prayer, as a way to come back to ourselves with love, to release judgement, and to reconnect with our truth.

This episode is an invitation to:
    – forgive yourself for the days that didn’t go to plan
    – forgive yourself for the moments you felt distracted or overwhelmed
    – forgive yourself for being human

And to remember… every experience you’ve had has led you here.

We also explore a simple, supportive practice of creating your own list of what brings you back into your parasympathetic state… those gentle, nourishing actions that help you return to calm, presence, and self-connection when you notice you’ve drifted.

So as you listen, just notice…

Where can you offer yourself a little more compassion?
Where can you release the “shoulds” and soften into forgiveness?

And can we allow ourselves to begin again… with love?

    🤍

With huge gratitude to all guides on all planes.

    Much love Aline
