Shar Dubey is former CEO, Board Member and Advisor for Match Group. Shar earned her Bachelor's in Technology from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, where she was one of the few female students in her class. For women breaking into a field where they are underrepresented, Shar talks to Vandana about the importance of investing your energy in enhancing your strengths, identifying your unique superpower, as well as her hope for more women to be present in STEM spaces.

Anu Menon is an award-winning film director and writer who brought the extraordinary story of mathematician and astrologer Shakuntala Devi to life.
