In our exploration we parse out the ways we can use these chances to course correct our lives and bottle lightning as it has struck twice!

Hey y'all! This week I've got another poem for you (I've been in the poem mood tbh, maybe it's just because I'm closing into the final weeks of the semester I'm a bit lazzzyyy). 

While I'll make an episode on this soon! I've always struggled with eating and body image. This depressing groove is just the... appetizer *ba-dum tsss* for a future episode to come. Hope that last joke wasn't in bas ~taste~ 🧁

On this episode we chat about how to move through life with grace ✨. Grace has many definitions and in examining each one and seeing how we can apply our own ambitions and actions through their semantic framework-- we're better set to tackle the world with a more intentional and humble attitude.
