• Honoring the evolution of YOU [the final episode]
    Oct 9 2024

It feels bittersweet and surreal to share that today I’m releasing the final episode of Being All Of You.

In case you might be grappling with a decision that feels both sad AND right deep down, I hope sharing my thought (and feeling) process with you in this last episode around the decision to end the podcast gives you permission to follow and trust in what feels right to you… even if it doesn’t look how you expected.

In the most perfect way, this decision brought me back to the very reason why I started this podcast. Because I believe *being all of you* is about grounding deeper into who you are and also giving yourself the space and freedom to evolve.

I’m so grateful to you for listening and supporting me and the podcast, and I hope you tune in one last time 💗

  • What to do when you’re not sure what comes next
    Sep 4 2024

Sometimes we find ourselves at a crossroads in life where we know we can’t continue the way we’ve been going, and at the same time, we have no idea what a new way forward looks like⁣.

It can feel terrifying to not have certainty, but this liminal space is also an opportunity to grow and align with a truer version of you that’s longing to come through, if you allow it to be.

This week’s episode of Being All Of You is called “what to do when you’re not sure what comes next” and my intention isn’t to give you the exact steps to take to reach clarity on what comes next, because there are no exact steps.

Instead I’m sharing advice from my heart on how to best support yourself during this time so that you can get out of the uncertainty spiral, allow clarity to start to naturally arise in the right timing, and feel inspired to take small steps even if the pathway forward is still in the process of being illuminated.

If this resonates, tune in to feel encouraged and supported and leave feeling a little bit lighter and more excited about the sacred, fertile “in between” space you’re in 🤍

  • Releasing the stigma of mental health labels and finding empowerment within with Tijana Williams
    Aug 28 2024

TW: In this episode we discuss SA, self harm, substance abuse, and suicide. If these are sensitive or potentially triggering topics for you, please check in with yourself before choosing to listen.

If you or someone close to you has received a mental health diagnosis, is going through a mental health crisis, or has learned something about themselves that fundamentally shifts their self image, it can feel uncomfortable to talk about it, and even more so to give or receive support.⁣

It’s important to me that we don’t shy away from conversations like this and normalize talking about mental health and learning how to support those who most need it.

That’s why I’m so grateful to have Tijana Williams as a guest on Being All Of You this week to share her journey of rebirth ⁣and transformation from trauma, mental health crisis, and hopelessness. She also shares advice on how to extend compassion towards yourself and loved ones when navigating these tough conversations in a way that will hopefully bring you closer.

Join us as we talk about:⁣

✨ How Tijana’s traumatic experiences from her childhood and the mental health diagnoses she received of borderline personality disorder and bipolar disorder shaped her self identity, self worth, and ability to trust herself⁣

✨ The mental health crisis that was a turning point in starting to redefine the labels that had previously felt confining and allowed her to be more empowered as she began to rebuild her foundation of self⁣

✨ The “two truths and a lie” mindset process Tijana uses to more easily shift the lens of her thoughts and have a better understanding of her current experiences and feelings⁣

✨ How to best support a loved one experiencing a mental health crisis or diagnosis, without causing more harm⁣

✨ How to best support yourself and feel more empowered after receiving a mental health diagnosis or identity shift that’s causing you to feel like something is wrong with you

A single mom, mentor, volunteer, and digital marketing specialist, Tijana has risen from the ashes of trauma, mental health crisis, and hopelessness. 2024 marks the 10th anniversary of a rebirth. Recovering from memory loss from Electroconvulsive Therapy, and multiple suicide attempts - Tijana is on a mission to share the truth about transformation, through the lessons she’s learned and the embodiments needed to unlock the door to authentic and ever-lasting growth. Her journey is a testimony of how light can be found from within and shares a message of hope to those facing darkness alone.

  • Stop waiting… where you’re at is the perfect place to start
    Aug 21 2024

If you’ve said, I’ll make a change in my life when I have more time, more space in my schedule, more room to think…⁣

What if you didn’t have to wait?⁣

What if you could start where you’re at right now?⁣

Because when you learn to slow down the pace at which you’re experiencing life and allow yourself to land in this very moment, even when you have a lot going on, you create the space to…⁣

⚡️ Choose how you want to feel (better, happier, more peaceful) rather than defaulting into the momentum of what you’ve been feeling⁣

⚡️ See more opportunities to give yourself what you need in the time that you have⁣

⚡️ Create space between yourself and the patterns + habits that aren’t serving you so that you can consciously start to create new ones⁣

⚡️ Stop recreating the same days, arguments, and experiences that leave you feeling drained, and create more of what feels expansive instead⁣

In this week’s episode of Being All Of You, I share two simple practices from my own life that you can use to release the built up tension in your mind and body that can come from racing through life, and instead create more space and change within the time you already have available now… Blocking off your calendar or kicking your family out of the house for the day while nice is not required 😎⁣

PS. My newest offer ANCHOR IN PEACE is available in person starting on 9/9 and I’m offering a special introductory rate for the month of September! This is a hybrid coaching + reiki session designed to support you in identifying the habits and ways of being that you’d like to release, clarifying what you’d like to create instead, and then anchoring the new shifts into your body and energy through a calming energy healing experience for change that lasts. • What a 7 min cold plunge taught me
    Aug 7 2024

I never (ever, ever, ever) thought I’d be getting into a cold plunge, let alone for 7 minutes 🥶⁣

And what I'm learning in the plunge, I'm taking into my life…⁣

How do I respond when life shocks me or throws me off my center?⁣

Am I willing to create space for change?⁣

How open am I to new ways of responding to and BEING with what challenges me?⁣

In this week’s solo episode of Being All Of You, I dive deep (into the icy waters) of my cold plunge experience and how it allowed me to think differently about who I want to be when faced with unsettling experiences. ⁣

Tune in to hear how you can take this wisdom and apply it to your own life, so that life’s uncertainties and challenges don’t completely throw you off or shut you down, and instead allow you to still feel grounded within yourself and peaceful as you ride the highs and the lows.

  • Embracing your sensitivity as your superpower with Megan Barnhard
    Jul 31 2024

Why are you being so sensitive?

It’s really not that big of a deal.

    You’re still not over it?

If you heard these things throughout your life, especially as a kid, it likely affected how you view yourself or made you feel like something was wrong with you for not being like everyone else.

That’s why I’m so thrilled to introduce you to this week’s guest, Megan Barnhard, who is a writing coach, intuitive channel, and HSP. We dove deep into us both growing up as deeply feeling, highly sensitive children, how that shaped our self perception, and how we’ve learned to shed identities and limitations that no longer serve us.

This conversation will leave you feeling like who you are is exactly right, especially if you identify as a highly sensitive person, and how you can use that foundation of self acceptance as a jumping off point for embracing the fullness of who you are.

Join us as we dive into:⁣

✨ Megan’s journey from teaching children with learning disabilities to supporting business owners in expressing themselves through writing and discovering her high sensitivity and spiritual gifts

✨ The light and shadow sides of being a deep feeler and highly sensitive person and how your self perception impacts your life

✨ The connection between high sensitivity and high self criticism, rumination, overthinking, and never feeling good enough

✨ Megan’s profound advice for learning to express yourself more fully by bringing more awareness to the identities you’re holding onto that limit you OR the more expansive ones you’re shying away from

✨ How play, experimentation, and the willingness to be open to learning can be the best antidote to self criticism and help you feel more joyful in your life
