One of the most important lessons I have learned over the last 12 months is that other people’s opinions are irrelevant.

Every decision you make as an entrepreneur could be the best or worst decision ever. But either way it is part of your journey, and it does not define you. So, you have to overcome the fear of judgement to embrace a growth mindset.

The last 12 months have been a real challenge personally and professionally.
