Today on buzz time we explore 3 whiskies from the outstanding A. Bowman Distillery out of Virginia.  We'll try a small batch, a single barrel and a sweet port whiskey, all of which impress and are surprisingly very affordable.  Then we'll have some fun with some whiskey trivia.  Some come along with us for our favorite time, Buzz Time!

This time on Buzz Time we explore the Mimosa.  A favorite Spring Time, brunch, wedding, or any event really, drink.  But here's the fun, we're going to sample what we're calling the high and low versions of this drink, and then, sample a version that puts a twist on the favorite.  We just love drinks with a twist (pun alert!)  So grab your fizzy or bubbling wine, your orange juice, and maybe something else, and join us for experiencing the Mimosa!

Ingredients
1/2 part sparkling wine or Champagne
1/2 part orange juice

With Spring coming upon us, we going to try some drinks that are sweet and on the lighter side, but before we get all the way into that, we're going a bit mid-way with a favorite, the Amaretto Sour; but a special version for you Springtime events and formals.  Crack a window, get some fresh air, and get ready for a fresh spin on a wonderful drink.

Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons simple sugar
¼ Cup sugar
1 Lemon, zested
1 Lime, zested
½ Lemon, juiced
½ Lemon for glass rim
2 Tablespoons amaretto Liqueur
Ice Cubes
Lemon and Lime garnish slices

How to make:
Combine  sugar, lemon and lime zests on a shallow bowl
Rub lemon around glass
Press glass edge into shallow bowl with sugar
Combine Prosecco, amaretto, lemon juice, and simple sugar in cocktail mixer or small pitcher
Pour into glass over ice
Garnish with lemon or lime, or both!

In honor of St  Patrick's Day, tasting and discussing the Baby Guinness, including flavor, makeup, and when to enjoy.  We'll also reflect on St Patrick's Day; the meaning and our memories.

Ingredients:
2 fluid ounces of coffee flavored liqueur
½ Fluid ounce Irish cream liqueur 

How to make:
Pour coffee flavored liqueur into a shot glass
Pour Irish cream liqueur over a spoon, turned over, so evenly distributed over top
