    We finally did it… we started a podcast. Welcome to episode 1 of Call Him Abba, where John, Bex, and Destiny sit down to do what we pretty much already do all the time: talk about Jesus, the Bible, what God is teaching us, and somehow get completely sidetracked in the process. In this first episode, we share why we named the podcast after Romans 8:14–17, talk about what it means to call God “Abba,” and get into Bible verses that have genuinely changed the way we see God and our everyday lives. We talk about John 7:37–39 and “rivers of living water,” 1 Corinthians 6:19–20 and being temples of the Holy Spirit, Ecclesiastes 3:1–8 and walking through different seasons, 2 Corinthians 12:9–10 and finding strength when we feel weak, Psalm 37:4 and how God shapes our desires, and Mark 11:23–24 and praying with real faith. Basically, it’s Bible study, testimony, friendship, random side quests, and three best friends trying to follow Jesus without being corny.
