  • 76. Family Constellations and the Root System Beneath Us with Suzi Tucker
    May 14 2026

In this episode of Constellations and All That, Tracy sits down with Suzi Tucker for a rich and heartfelt conversation about Family Constellations, ancestral patterns, and the deeper “root system” beneath our lives.

Suzi is a respected presenter, teacher, facilitator, and writer. As cofounder of Zeig, Tucker & Theisen, Publishers, she played a pivotal role in introducing Family Constellations to the United States and went on to organise the first Family Constellation classes with Harald Hohnen.

Together, Tracy and Suzi explore how family systems shape us, how secrets and inherited patterns live within us, and why curiosity can often take us further than trying to fix everything.

Suzi also shares her journey working closely with Bert Hellinger and helping publish foundational constellation books such as Love’s Hidden Symmetry, along with reflections on grief, belonging, and what it means to remain a forever student of this work.

She is also the author of Gather Enough Fireflies and several forthcoming titles exploring life, facilitation, and deeper ways of seeing.

This conversation is full of wisdom, tenderness, and powerful reminders that healing often begins beneath the surface.

  • 73. How Family Constellations Transformed Maia’s Health and Path to Motherhood
    Apr 23 2026

What if the challenges you’re facing didn’t start with you?

In this powerful and deeply personal conversation, Tracy sits down with Maia Andrea Bahlsen, who has over two decades of experience as a Family Constellation Facilitator, Life Coach, and Healer, to explore how Family Constellations can uncover and heal patterns carried across generations and how this work transformed Maia’s own life in extraordinary ways.

From living with severe psoriasis to unexpectedly healing after a constellation, and later conceiving after years of trying, Maia shares the pivotal moments that led her from a successful legal career into a life devoted to healing and teaching.

    Together, they explore:

    1. What Family Constellations really are (in simple terms)
    2. How intergenerational trauma shapes our lives
    3. Why healing doesn’t come from the mind—but from the soul
    4. The surprising power of the “field” and how it works
    5. Why healing often happens in layers (the onion metaphor you won’t forget)

If you’ve ever felt stuck, repeating patterns, or carrying something you can’t explain, this conversation may open a new door.

  • 72. You Can’t Bypass Your Family: The Deeper Path of Constellation Work with Rodrigo Hagar Millon
    Apr 16 2026

In this episode of Constellations and All That, I’m joined by Rodrigo Hagar for a deeply honest and expansive conversation about what it really means to walk a path of healing.

Rodrigo is a clinical psychologist, family constellations facilitator, and co-director of an institute in Chile offering trainings in systemic constellations and trauma. He is also a composer and writer, bringing a rich integration of music, depth psychology, and lived experience into his work.

In this conversation, we gently open into:

    • Why there is no healing path that exists outside of our family system
    • How “spiritual bypassing” can keep us disconnected from what truly needs to be seen
    • The unconscious ways we stay loyal to our family through patterns, behaviours, and even struggle
    • What it means to belong — and how that shapes the way we live, love, and heal
    • The living field of constellations, and what happens when we allow it to lead

Rodrigo also shares parts of his own journey from personal crisis into this work and how family constellations continues to shape his life, his parenting, and his relationship to self.

  • 71. The Deeper Path of Constellation Work: Agreeing to What Is with Annie Cariapa
    Apr 9 2026

Kia Ora! In this episode of Constellations and all that…, I’m joined by Annie Cariapa, a teacher, supervisor, and practitioner in Family Constellations based in Bangalore, India.

Annie brings decades of experience into her work, with a background in Transactional Analysis, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and regressive therapies. Her approach is deeply informed by both psychological frameworks and a lifelong connection to spirituality, one that has evolved beyond religion into a more expansive and experiential understanding.

In this conversation, we explore the deeper path of constellation work beyond technique and into presence, maturity, and the philosophy of helping.

Annie shares how constellation work cannot simply be explained, but must be experienced, and how true helping is not about fixing or rescuing, but about standing with what is. We speak about the importance of working without judgement, without taking from the client, and how giving everything and everyone a place can create profound shifts in the system.

We also explore how much of what we carry may not be ours alone — how ancestral patterns, unconscious dynamics, and what has been excluded can shape our lives in ways we don’t always see.

One of the most powerful threads in this conversation is Annie’s reflection on agreeing to what is, meeting life as it is, rather than wishing it were different — and how this becomes a doorway into deeper healing and a more grounded way of facilitating.

If you are drawn to constellation work, or are walking your own path as a facilitator, therapist, or seeker, this conversation offers a deeper, more spacious way of seeing and being.
