With Marek traveling the US and James stuck at home, The Day 30 Podcast took on a month of juggling. With our inspiration being a man who solves juggles rubix cubes while solving them - we see how much we can progress in 30 short days.

It's the quintessential childhood toy. We all had one, but more as decoration than a puzzle to solve. Of course, we're talking about the rubiks cube - 6 sides, 54 squares, 43 QUINTILLION  combinations. This month Marek and James work though each of these combinations to see who can solve it fastest.

We are so excited to share this episode of the Day 30 Podcast with a special guest @happycrochetlady. She has guided us through the (confusing) world of crochet with her expert advice. Rachel shares how she got into crochet and how it's become a full-time career. Rachel also set us a challenge - to crochet a colourful owl mask. She reviews our attempts and nominates a winner - will Marek finally win something?! As ever, we talk about our experiences, highs, lows and everything in-between.

Yoga has been a challenge we've wanted to do for years, but the time has never felt right. With 2022 drawing to a close, we spend December discovering how tight our muscles our, channelling our Prana (life energy) and seeing if we could find spiritual enlightenment - spoiler, we're not quite there yet.
