This week we Divulge Spirituality in its Essence. The Deep is all around us and this is what spirituality is. Do you believe you're spiritual? Who are the Ancestors? What's the difference between Spirituality and religion? There is so much that we don't understand however through spirituality a lot can be revealed.

This week we Divulge choices and outcomes. We live in a world where it is easy to blame external sources for our pain and struggles. However in this episode we start to find the power we hold within ourselves, through taking accountability for the outcomes we receive because of the choices we made or will make.

Do you suffer from negative thoughts and habits that are not helping you to grow? Do yo procrastinate a lot?
