Every business should already be focused on their customers. if they are not focused on their customers then they are unlikely to succeed for long and probably need to review their business strategy. The harsh reality though is that so many businesses put way too much focus on one type of customer and nowhere near enough on another. One is highly profitable, proven to buy into the products/services of the company and very likely to recommend to others. Another is untested and generally not that profitable.
