Does your preschooler run, cry or shut down when they're scared, no matter how much you reassure them? Want to teach them faith over fear without teaching them to hide what they feel? Worried that "do not be afraid" sounds a lot like "you're not allowed to be afraid"?

EPISODE HIGHLIGHTS Faith over fear doesn't mean your preschooler should never feel scared, and in this episode I'll show you how to teach it before they learn it the wrong way. We'll look at Psalm 56:3, why even Jesus felt afraid (Hebrews 4:15), and the simple BAM family prayer you can use the next time your child is scared: Be Honest, Ask, Magnify. By the end, you'll understand faith over fear well enough to teach it to your kids this month with the free Faith Over Fear lesson plan.

Want a simple lesson plan and family prayers you can use starting this week, no Bible degree required?

Not sure a stay-at-home mom without formal Bible training is qualified to be the one teaching her kids about God?

EPISODE HIGHLIGHTS This episode introduces God Homeschool, a lesson plan and prayer program built to help you teach your preschooler or kindergartener about God without turning it into another thing on your to-do list. You'll hear what changed, why the show has a new name, and exactly what you can expect each week: one faith idea, family prayers to pray together, and a free printable to keep it simple. It's for the mom who wants her kids to know God is for them, not one more curriculum to master herself.

Does the idea of trying to teach your kids anything about faith scare you a little?

Do you want to give them a strong foundation of faith, but have no idea how to do that?

You’re in the right place.

This podcast will help you bring God into your homeschool, guide your kids toward a strong faith life, and remind you that motherhood is your calling.

Hi, I’m Ash. Mom of two, wife, and completely obsessed with Jesus.

After earning my masters Degree from Liberty, a Christian university, I spent years creating educational activity packets for kids at Disney’s Animals, Science, and Environment.

Then I became a stay at home mom, started homeschooling, and struggled to find faith-based material that taught faith formation without a huge, complicated lesson attached.

Now, I use my background to create engaging lessons for my boys focused on faith.

If you are ready to build a strong faith life with your kids and keep God at the center of your homeschool,

Then grab that cozy blanket, crack open an Alani Nu, and let’s get your kids excited about God!

Welcome to God Homeschool.
