Adjust accordingly. - Sheryne: Make space for yourself: turn the noise off - turn off your phone for 1, 2, 5 minutes - sit with yourself and ask: What do I really want? Then, write it down. It'll help you tap into what you really desire and need - Shawn: Every morning, first thing put your hand on your heart and say "I am not (your name). I am the caretaker of (your name)." list your feelings and be the best friend of your human, talk to you.
