• I'm a Projector... And It Explained Everything
    Jul 13 2026

For a lot of my life I wondered why I was not normal. I often prayed to God, seeking answers to this pressing question.

Nothing seemed to work the way I thought it was supposed to. I was unhappy in my career, my relationships weren't working, and no matter how hard I tried to follow the path I had been taught to follow, I still felt disconnected from my life.

Then one day, my sister introduced me to Human Design.

What started as a simple conversation turned into one of the biggest mindset shifts I've ever experienced.

In this episode, I'm sharing what it was like to learn that I'm a Projector, why I actually hated that realization at first, and how it challenged everything I believed about work, success, relationships, boundaries, rest, and trusting my own timing.

This isn't an episode explaining every detail of Human Design.

It's the story of how one tool helped me stop asking, "What's wrong with me?" and start asking, "How can I live in alignment with who I already am?"

In this episode, I talk about:
    • Why I hated learning I was a Projector.
    • The difference between living for approval and living in alignment.
    • How becoming the family caretaker shaped my relationship with boundaries and people-pleasing.
    • Why waiting for invitations isn't about doing nothing, it's about continuing to build while trusting the right opportunities will come.
    • Learning to rest without feeling guilty.
    • What my life actually looks like now as I continue putting these lessons into practice.

Whether you know your Human Design or you've never heard of it before, I hope this episode reminds you that maybe you aren't broken.

Maybe you've just been trying to live by a set of rules that were never meant for you.

  • Episode 3 (Mini): Happy Birthday, Briana
    Jun 12 2026

I turned 33 last week, and I was not ready for it. I wasn't excited, I wasn't in the mood to celebrate. I was angry, frustrated, and honestly, sad. Because life wasn't looking how I wanted it to be, and I was still in the in-between, waiting for things to change.

In this mini episode, I get real about what it feels like to be building a different life in real time. I talk about the grief of unmet expectations, the frustration of working with anxiety and PTSD while trying to heal, and the exhaustion of fighting a capitalist system that wasn't designed for people like me. I'm honest about the shame and guilt that comes up when you're trying to do things differently but you're the only one doing it.

But I also talk about what happened when I stopped sitting in my feelings and actually allowed people who love me to celebrate me. And how sometimes, the smallest shift in perspective can change everything.

  • Healing Trauma and Shifting My View On Dating
    Jun 1 2026

For years, I didn't connect the dots between the abuse I experienced as a child and the patterns I kept repeating in my relationships. But once I started healing, everything changed, including how I showed up in dating entirely.

In this episode, I'm walking you through my real healing journey and the lessons that completely shifted my perspective on love, relationships, and what I actually deserve. From learning to genuinely like myself to understanding why I kept dating men with "potential" to finally being okay with being alone, these lessons didn't come from a self-help book. They came from real life, real pain, and real transformation.

I'm also honest about the hard parts: how I shrunk myself for insecure men, how I gave way more than I received, how fear kept me in unhealthy situations, and how my relationship with money was tied to my fear of receiving. More importantly, I'm sharing how I healed all of it.

If you've realized your childhood shaped how you show up in relationships and you're ready to do the work to change it, this episode is for you.

Content warning: This episode contains discussions of abuse (physical, verbal, emotional, sexual, and financial). Resources are available below.

  • My Loud Revolution: An Introduction
    May 15 2026

What happens when the life you built stops fitting?

In this episode, I'm walking you through my journey from teacher to podcast host: the good, the messy, and the parts I was too afraid to say out loud. Leaving a career everyone said was my calling. Surviving relationships that drained me. Going no contact with family. Starting a blog, then abandoning it out of fear. And finally, finally choosing myself.

This is my loud revolution. And if you're navigating your own, this podcast is for you.
