  • Until We Meet Again
    Jan 22 2026

In 2021, we had to say goodbye to my dad. Tonight, I want to share what I experienced, my feelings, emotions and the hardships I dealt with in accepting this next unscripted chapter in life. Losing a loved one is never easy, and it is important to remember that no two people, even those experiencing the same loss, will feel, react or handle things the same way. I will also share how I managed for the first year and what the girls and I have done since to always remember and stay close with Papa.

  • S1E8 Still Here, Still Me: Living with Chronic Illness
    Dec 18 2025

In this episode I revisit the struggles I faced as I came to terms and finding out about different health struggles. The need to trust your instincts and not be afraid to ask for a second opinion. As someone who lives with an invisible disability it can be a struggle to get people to understand what you deal with. It can also be difficult to figure out how to manage, when you want to do so much and are limited in what is capable. I hope talking about my experience will shed some light on what it is like living with chronic illness.

  • S1E7 Silent Battles: My Mental Health Story
    Dec 11 2025

In this weeks episode I open up on my mental health journey. I believe in the importance of talking about mental health and raising awareness. We as a society need to break the stigma around mental health so that it becomes just as standard as physical health and people feel more at ease to share their struggles.

    Dec 4 2025

In today's episode, I discuss how things change as our kids grow up. I talk about when it's no longer mommy help and just mom I can do it myself. Each child is unique and their experiences, personality and emotions are different from ours, their siblings and their friends. Learning to listen and support them in their unscripted journey without trying to write their script is difficult. I will share some of the things I've learnt and lived through with my kids and how I managed the changes with all three of my girls.
