    Being diagnosed as a neurodivergent woman later in life can bring up a lot of emotions, confusion and a sense that you are meeting yourself again for the first time. Finding resources and support is difficult which can be frustrating, invalidating and bring on loneliness. Please know you are not alone. We are in this together!
