They said no!
No to the role. No to the rule. No to being chosen.

But Hollow Creek doesn’t ask.
It writes.

When your name appears in ink you didn’t spill…
When the story starts speaking in your voice…
When the line between witness and sacrifice begins to blur—

You don’t get to walk away.
You get rewritten.

And this time…
the creek isn’t asking for a guardian.

It’s taking one.
