I don't want to offend anybody with the information I share in this episode, but I must share the truth from my husband and my unfortunate experiences in the past and still is sometimes. I pray this episode will help you understand and be educated if you are on the other side.

Telling people "NO" is the first step of setting the boundaries to protect yourself. Most of the time, we are lost in the idea of helping people and forget that we also matter. Why are we picking up people's responsibilities on top of our own to stress ourselves out? I'd love to see all of us start respecting ourselves and don't sacrifice for somebody that doesn't deserve us.

Set a new mind set for your worth. No one should underestimate the value of who you are and be proud of a person who you become.

In this episode, I want to share my POV as a Vietnamese nail technician. So many nail technicians were being mistreated just because we couldn't speak English very well. However, some don't care for the customers and provide them the service they deserve. All my opinion will be unbias because I experience both from myself.
