    What if the secret to changing your life isn’t being perfect—but simply refusing to stop showing up?

    At my highest weight, I reached 632 pounds. Since then, I’ve lost hundreds of pounds, regained weight, battled injuries, struggled with depression and alcohol, and started over more times than I can count.

    In this first episode, I share the story behind my weight loss journey and how “Keep Showing Up Stephen” came to be.

    You’ll hear about my childhood, my relationship with food, losing over 300 pounds, the setbacks that knocked me off course, and why training for a half marathon has become the next chapter in my story.

    This isn’t a fitness or nutrition advice podcast. It’s a weekly documentary about trying, failing, adjusting, and continuing anyway.

    Beginning next week, new episodes will be released every Monday, where I’ll document my training for the Rocket City Half Marathon, my weekly progress, lessons I’m learning, and the realities of losing weight one day at a time.
