Between new full-time work, family life, and shifting schedules among the panelists, it’s been a wild stretch — but I’m committed to keeping the show coming to you every week. From there, I dive into something that’s been on my mind for a while now: the health of the Ruby community and what Minaswan really means in 2024.

I reflect on the growing cultural and political tensions I’ve seen spill into technical spaces and why I believe our community is stronger when we focus on behavior, kindness, and collaboration rather than labels and ideological litmus tests.
