  • The Healer's Path: It's Vertical, Not Linear with Donna Robson
    Oct 14 2026
What if a terminal diagnosis is not the whole story? In 1996 Donna Robson’s dog Jamie was given three days to live. She chose to walk through an open door she didn’t understand and two years later he died in her arms at eighteen and a half. That refusal became the start of a life as a vibrational balancing therapist, aromatherapist, educator, and author. For over 25 years, Donna has been helping people reconnect with themselves through holistic, energetic healing, greater awareness and consciousness, and natural healing products. In this conversation we look at: The Open Door: Love, not denial, as the thing that lets you leave the ordinary timeline and walk into something you don’t yet understand. Healing as Transformation: Not a reframe of one picture, but a restructuring of the whole. Looking at information from a vertical (multi-focal) vantage point, not linear—not tunnel vision. Energy as Movement: Feeling energy as waves and pattern recognition through a solid world. Why the body is already an intelligent system, and why women’s gifts have so often been labeled crazy and emotional. Trusting the Feeling: How to know if a healer is legitimate, using automatic writing as a practice of flow and less control, and turning the same skills into everyday life. Healing is not reserved for practitioners. It is the capacity to change your relationship with what is in front of you, and to transform your life. Listen now, then share it with someone standing at the precipice of their own healing path. • Addicted to the World: The Belief Underneath Every Craving
    Oct 7 2026
What if the addiction you judge in someone else is the same addiction sitting in yourself? We hear the word “addict” and the mind makes a list: alcoholics, drug abusers, and sex addicts. The judgmental mind claims these people are ruining their lives and everyone around them. The ego steps onto its pedestal and states, “They can’t get it together, but I can.” In this episode, let’s level the playing field. Whether we know it or not, we are all addicts. We are all addicted to the world of separation, to the mind’s obsessive thinking, and to the belief underneath every single craving. Today we look at: The cover story. The ego says the body is doing the using. It projects outside of itself, making the problem and the solution appear out in the world. Chocolate, energy drinks, cocktails, weed, or mindless scrolling are the same escape in a different costume. The psychological view. Addiction begins with a pain. The mind wants relief, so it escapes into a desired substance, and a repetitive cycle is born. Unmet needs, trauma, and a fried nervous system look like the cause. Useful, and true on this therapeutic level. But is there a greater cause, beyond the separate self? The Course in Miracles view. The original addiction is the belief that separation is real. Special love was never going to replace the love of God. Going back into the mind and forgiving the original error is where a true healing journey begins. If something is running your life, get help in the world. The Course never asks you to deny a problem. It only asks you to see what the craving is covering up, so you can begin to undo the ego’s false belief system and return to real love. Listen now, and share it with someone ready to see addiction in a new light. Show Notes: Visit Live Like Eden! I'd love to hear from you! Follow me on Instagram! • The Calmest Woman in the Room: Stress, Menopause & Vedic Meditation with Nic Monteforte
    Sep 30 2026
What if the drive that built your life is the same thing quietly breaking your body? Nic Monteforte was the poster child of high achievement until it came crumbling down in five hours: a successful business, beautiful house, and retirement vanished. Then came a decade of hell, stacked surgeries, hormone collapse, and the last straw three days before Covid. She had been doing all the tactics. Nature, she says, kept turning up the volume until she learned Vedic meditation. Nic is a former national executive, qualified Vedic meditation teacher, and high-performance coach with 30+ years in leadership. She is the creator of the Stress Debt Economy, the Infinite Capacity Formula, and the Menopause Stress Amplifier, and author of The Calmest Woman in the Room: Mastering Menopause Without Losing Your Mind or Your Edge. In this conversation we talk about: How unfinished stress cycles stack in the body like pancakes, and why an unpaid bill can register as a mountain lion. Why most meditation asks the mind to do one more thing, and how Vedic meditation asks it to do nothing. The menopause stress amplifier: estrogen as a brake on cortisol, and what happens when that brake leaves. Simple ways to complete a stress cycle in 60 seconds. Plus why calm is not a luxury, it is the true meaning of performance. If you have been pushing through and calling it strength, this one offers another operating system. Listen now, then share it with someone who thinks they just need to try harder. Show Notes: Nic Monteforte Website Nic’s Instagram Books

  • The Ego's Amnesia: How to Live Here Without Forgetting Home
    Sep 22 2026
Do you ever feel like you’re not from here? Or maybe you feel like you’re missing something?I felt that way as a child. A foreigner wandering the planet thinking nothing made any sense. I blended in on the outside but always felt like this world wasn’t my real home. It doesn’t take long and the ego jumps in and begins conditioning our minds to become vested in the world. We learn the game of survival, and forget that original feeling might be our longing to remember Home. This episode is about the ego’s amnesia: the trance that makes us forget who we are in God, then sends us on a scavenger hunt for the answer outside ourselves.Today we look at five ways the mind keeps the amnesia in place, and how to undo them without leaving your life: The belief in separation that keeps us running around like busy ants. Projection: treating the world like a popular new Netflix series we have to solve. Making everything personal and reinforcing our identity. Grievances that turn love into “I’m right, you’re the bad guy.” Special love and special hate, the ego’s doctorate in relationships. The feeling that you don’t belong here isn’t a diagnosis. It’s the call to wake up. Spirit is already on the line. You don’t have to check out of your life to pick it up. You can bridge the gap and bring the lighter, wiser Teacher into everyday life.Listen now, then share it with someone who’s been feeling the call to see things differently.

  • From the Quiet Center: Mindfulness, Forgiveness, & the Dream of Exile with Cristina Schmalisch
    Sep 15 2026
We’re home in God, dreaming of exile. That one line could undo a lifetime of spiritual confusion. In this episode I’m joined by Cristina Sorrentino Schmalisch, Mindfulness Coach and Psychological Counselor. Cristina promotes acting locally through cultivating personal peace, which has global effects through our joined consciousness.Cristina has been a student of A Course in Miracles since 2012 and writes a blog inspired by the Course, Living from the Quiet Center. In her professional roles, she helps people understand the power of the mind and connect with the calm center found at our core. After years in psychology, social work, yoga, and a winding spiritual search, Gary Renard’s The Disappearance of the Universe opened the door to the Course. The conversation goes from practice to the places most spiritual talk won’t touch. We talk about: How the Course found her, and why it is a hard path that still feels like recognition. Non-judgment and why healing work only works when you stop doing it alone. Level confusion: the difference between the New Age “we are powerful beings here” and being home in God while dreaming of exile. The death of her dog, Wall-E, the holy instant, and what she calls the great missing: grief as a doorway back to oneness. This is a tender, honest look at forgiveness, death, and learning to live with a dual awareness at once: the world of form, and the love that has never gone. • Let Them Live Their Classroom: Special Relationships and A Course in Miracles
    Sep 8 2026
It’s easy to hand a job, a bill, or a random situation over to Spirit. Then your child walks in with their drama, you get sucked into it, and the whole practice falls apart. In this episode, I answer a listener question about her 21-year-old son and why special relationships, according to A Course in Miracles, feel almost impossible to release. You don’t need to be a Course student, and you don’t need to be a parent. Apply this to any special relationship you have: a partner, a parent, a friend, a coworker, or even an ex. Today we look at: How the ego turns love into ownership, control, and instant hate. Why parenting identity makes it so hard to let someone live their own classroom. Five questions that expose the ego’s attachment. A simple practice for turning special relationships into holy ones while keeping your peace. A Course in Miracles says the Holy Spirit can purify any relationship you are willing to place under His care. This episode is about that willingness, in real time, with the people who matter most.Listen now, then share it with someone who wants an easier relationship.

  • When the Ego's Version of Happy Falls Apart: How to Find the Authentic Self
    Aug 26 2026
Are you happy? Are you truly, genuinely, happy, or do you just think you are?

I was recently asked a question that sparked this entire episode. The question was: “You said you were happy before your awakening. Are you happy now?” What a great question!

In this episode, I unpack the difference between the ego’s version of happiness and the quieter, more lasting happiness of Spirit. Before my life completely unraveled, I believed I was living a happy life. What I didn’t realize was how deeply attached I was to the identity I had spent decades building, the special, unique self that the ego so carefully protects.

    Today we explore:
    • How any crisis (loss, illness, betrayal, or sudden change) can crack the identity we didn’t even know we were clinging to.
    • The ego’s rigid response: treating every impact as a problem that must be solved externally.
    • The invitation that is always available. There is the calm still point of Spirit that remains peaceful even when everything on the surface is shaking.
    • What true happiness actually feels like when it no longer depends on getting what the ego wants.

This episode is an honest look at the happiness we think we have and the deeper, more authentic peace that becomes possible when the old version falls apart, whether we like it or not.

Listen now and ask yourself: if everything important disappeared tomorrow, would you still be happy?
