  • Episode 2 - Jack Manchester
    Dec 20 2023

Today, I have the pleasure of talking with my brother - Jack Manchester -  a very insightful, adventurous, and entertaining person.

We talk about a lot of topics we have rarely explored in depth:

His experience as a therapist and Sensei using mixed martial arts at an organization called Integra in Toronto to build coping skills and provide healing for struggling youth; His ongoing transitions and questions about what is to come in work and life; His life experiences with tree planting, traveling, martial arts and Zen; And what we could expect from Jack Manchester moving forward.

I hope you have as much fun as I did with this episode! And I hope we can have him back for future discussions.
