  • Empathy, Schizophrenia and Mental Health
    Apr 4 2022

Welcome to my longest episode yet.

I go on a rather long diatribe about empathy as a feeling and emotion, followed by a reading of one of my favorite essays on the subject of mental health. A nuanced and sober take by author Darren Allen.

Enjoy and thanks for listening. 😉

  • Trauma Work
    Jan 9 2022

From the moment we're born, we experience trauma in many forms.

Oftentimes, this trauma is buried beneath a mountain of memories so dense, it can take decades and even lifetimes to uncover. This is the work we are involved in as humanity at this point in history. We are uncovering lifetimes of personal and collective trauma at an accelerated rate, and it aint pretty.

In this podcast, I share my experience with trauma healing and what this work entails. This is what trauma work looks like for me at this time, and I hope that this will be a catalyst for your own healing or that it'll at least provide you with the tools that you can use in your own journey.

    Ashe.
