About this listen

My main channel (Hack Music Theory) has over 250K subscribers and 10 million views. I've been a full-time YouTuber since 2017 and launched this personal channel (Lightbearer's Library) in 2025, where I'm making video versions of my journal entries. Some of my favourite topics to talk about are practical philosophy, positive psychology, and personalty type (I'm an INFP). But honestly, my journals contain counter-cultural thoughts about everything, so expect the unexpected! I also share practical ways I'm improving my mental health, with the hope that you might find them useful too. I deleted all my social media accounts over 10 years ago, so I offer a loving perspective that's free from the divisive language commonly found in feeds nowadays. If this sounds like your cup of tea, then I warmly welcome you into the Lightbearer's Library. Stay for a while, and please remember to subscribe. XOXO, Kate Harmony :)

  • Encouragement for dark times (INFP/HSP)
    Mar 5 2026

Why is faith the most courageous act you can take, especially for sensitive souls (INFP/HSP)? In a world that often feels dark and chaotic, choosing a hopeful vision isn't passive—it’s an act of profound ancient courage.

Hello dear soul, and welcome to the Lightbearer's Library. In this journal entry, I’m in a "biblical mood"! I’m looking to the ancient wisdom found in the New Testament book of Hebrews for strength, even as someone who doesn't subscribe to doctrinal Christianity.

If you are a sensitive person feeling the weight of anxiety, fear, or hopelessness, this video is your invitation to step into a brighter vision of the future.

We’ll explore the "art of being kind" through the poetry of Ella Wheeler Wilcox and dive into my favorite definition of faith from Hebrews 11:1. Faith isn't about what we see with our eyes—the chaos and noise—it’s about the courage to be convinced of the beauty we do not yet see.

I hope this encourages you to take the smallest step of courage today. By walking in faith, hope, and love, we can inspire others and change the world one person at a time.

✨ I’d love to know: what is one thing you are hoping for in your life right now?

  • Dealing with self-hatred? Here’s how to recover (HSP/INFP)
    Mar 4 2026

If you are an INFP or HSP feeling exhausted and under attack by a harsh inner voice, this recovery strategy will help you silence self-hatred and find your way back to peace.

Hello dear soul, and welcome to the Lightbearer's Library. In this journal entry, we explore why the "inner critic" sometimes shifts into a more intense attack of self-hatred, especially when we feel vulnerable, lonely, or exhausted.

Being a highly sensitive person (HSP) means our mental well-being is deeply tied to our physical state. I share how a lack of sleep can trigger a downward spiral of overwhelm, making even small tasks feel impossible. We’ll discuss:

    - The difference between a harsh inner critic and the voice of self-hatred.
    - Why creating distance from these voices is the first step to healing.
    - The "cornerstone" strategy of prioritizing sleep to stabilize your emotions.

This video is a gentle reminder that you are not alone in your suffering. By protecting your rest, you can begin to kick out the darkness and reclaim your stability.

✨ If you’re feeling brave, just comment “me too” below so we can support each other.

  • We’re not anxious, we’re hungry for meaning
    Mar 2 2026

If your life feels monotonous and you’re struggling with constant anxiety, this video will help you discover why your soul might actually be hungry for meaning rather than just being "anxious."

Hello dear soul, and welcome to the Lightbearer's Library. Are you a highly sensitive person (HSP) or INFP feeling stuck in a loop of future fears? In this journal entry, I open my old university journal to share one of my greatest fears: the fear of a monotonous life.

When our extroverted intuition isn’t engaged with our soul purpose, that creative energy turns inward, leading to catastrophizing and anxiety. We’re often overstimulated by "junk" digital feeds but deeply under-stimulated by creativity, intellectual growth, and self-discovery.

It's time to stop misdiagnosing our restlessness. Our anxiety is a soul-level alarm signaling a hunger for growth and purpose. Learn how to channel your rich inner life into meaningful projects and reclaim your enthusiasm for changing the world!

✨ If this resonated with you, please put a heart of your choice of colour in the comments below!
