Most people look at menstruation (or a period) as the main ‘event’ in a woman’s menstrual cycle. I can see why they think that. We were only ever taught about the period, never what happens in between them. 

In this episode, we dive deep into the four different phases of a woman's menstrual cycle in an easy to relate way - through the four seasons:

Menstruation: Inner Winter
Follicular Phase: Inner Spring
Ovulation: Inner Summer
Luteal Phase: Inner Autumn 

We will discuss how these different inner seasons impact us biologically, mentally, emotionally, and physically - as well as how we can manage each phase.

The less we stress in our lives, the happier and healthier we are. Seems pretty simple, right? But let's face it - we will all inevitably face times in our life where stress is simply unavoidable. 

I am truly passionate about the mind-body connection. Stress is a perfect example of our mind and body sharing a much deeper connection than what humanity once believed. 

In this episode, we explore ways to know when stress is becoming unhealthy, as well as ways to reduce stress levels when we have reached that danger zone.

Challenges with our physical health can feel all consuming. 

We are often left feeling completely out of control when it comes to the outcomes of our healing. Many of us have been conditioned to believe that doctors and medical professionals are the only people who have a right to make decisions about your healing. But, often it is when we regain that control when the real healing begins to take place!

In this episode, I share with you how I used the Law of Attraction in my healing journey and how I became the creator of my circumstances, not a victim to them.
