These parts are incredibly important to heal and welcome back into our Self-energy so that we can feel whole and like ourselves.

Tracking is such a valuable skill when it comes to healing, awakening and evolving spiritually.

Understanding yourself and what is pushing the patterns forward in your life is going to help you effectively heal and evolve... and in order to do that, you need to understand how to track your patterns.

In the Buddhist tradition, Sankhara is a way to describe our inner wounds and patterns. 

Lisa and Jada describe how they came to understand Sankharas, and how they have worked with them to come home to their truth through compassionate witnessing. 

They speak about how important it is to use our breath and mindfulness to witness the Sankharas or deep patterns in the way we relate to life, in order to allow them to transform into teachings for our lives.

Welcome to season 2!

Living the awakened path means that you may be experiencing the sharp pains of awareness, realizations and consciousness. We are here to tell you that you are not alone and that we are walking (crawling??) that path with you. Your hosts, Lisa Sabatini and Jada MacLeod have been intentionally and unintentionally taking steps along the path of spiritual growth for quite some time. They don't have it all figured out but what they do have are amazing conversations about what they have lived and are learning.

Both Lisa and Jada have extensive training and experience in energy healing, meditation, yoga and generally life's school of hard knocks.

In this episode, Lisa and Jada explore the value of having humility on that path of awakening. Coming to new understandings and realizations about their spiritual paths, who they are and who they have been is very humbling. Approaching the journey of healing, wholeness, and self-discovery is best done with an attitude of humility. There will be harsh truths to face, and understanding that we are all imperfect human beings that required compassion and forgiveness will help the medicine go down. Who needs honey when you have humility!

Have you been in the muck, working through some patterns that you've become aware of and realizing that WOW, this is a lot of work! It is work, but there is renumeration of a sort, in the form of a gift or teaching. Anytime we are in the process of alchemizing our wounds and turning them into deeper wisdom, understanding and medicines to our soul, we receive these beautiful gifts that we can then take into our lives. 

Lisa and I explore the deepest wounds we've worked through and how they have given us so much and have allowed us to really become the people we are. The simple act of reflection and awareness can help us to ensure we gather these gifts rather than just speed full steam ahead into the next lesson... and the next lesson. 

How do you define success in your life? Jada and Lisa discuss the meaning of success, how it's defined, and share their experiences with "failure" and "success". Living the awakened path involves waking up to some of the old programs and beliefs about success. What does it mean to you and have you questioned if your definition is actually yours or one that you took on by default?

On your path of awakening to who you really are and how you want to be, what has been a catalyst for you? For Lisa and I, nature has been our catalyst. Allowing ourselves to connect with nature, to be invited into the forest or to stand in awe of the night sky are experiences that have helped open us up to ourselves and the bigger picture at play.
