Helen is a hypnotherapist specialising in helping people overcome anxiety, trauma, Irritable Bowel Syndrome and all manner of fears and phobias.

She is based in Ipswich but also sees people from all over the UK and internationally via Zoom. These past two years has seen her working in Germany, Denmark, Greece, Hungary, Canada, USA and Pakistan helping her clients find freedom when they have felt trapped by anxiety and fear.

Helen used to be a teacher and uses all the skills she learnt from teaching – in the USA, in a mud hut in Zambia and the UK - to help her connect with people and make a difference to their lives.
