    Jan 15 2026

In this episode, Lisa shares some recent personal experiences and the resulting word pictures, focusing on the spiritual necessity to keep our hearts free of bitterness, unforgiveness and other things that would block the Holy Spirit's work in our hearts.

Join Christian Singer/Guitarist Lisa Prokopowitz for another encouraging word picture about the Body of Christ.

This episode of the “Manna from My Father’s Hand” podcast is likely the final one in the series about the body of Christ and documenting my recovery from a fractured wrist.

This episode wraps up the prior ones in this series, with gratitude to God for all He has done/is doing, and the recognition that through it all, His amazing gift-giving nature is evidenced in the simple every day gifts He has given to us that we often overlook and take for granted.

It also wraps up the entire series by revisiting the question of "What are you offering?"

At the end, Lisa shares another of her songs from that concert in Ocean Grove prior to her fall that fractured her wrist. The hymn is called "When Morning Gilds the Skies", with the arrangement and several lyric changes by Lisa Prokopowitz.

This episode of the “Manna from My Father’s Hand” podcast continues on with the series about the body of Christ and documenting my recovery from a fractured wrist. This video is another one that was filmed early on in my recovery process.

The spiritual lesson spoken as a word picture had to do with the profound impact one member of the body of Christ can have on the other members.

The topics discussed are the importance of having a sober minded attitude toward sin, and our need to forgive and be forgiven by Jesus and each other.

This episode of the “Manna from My Father’s Hand” podcast continues on with the series about the body of Christ and documenting my recovery from a fractured wrist. This episode was again recorded early on in my recovery process.

The spiritual lesson spoken as a word picture had to do with the mysterious ways of God, as He uses our challenging times to accomplish His most remarkable works in our lives. And, our tendency to complain along the way, similarly to many stories told in the Bible.

This episode of the “Manna from My Father’s Hand” podcast continues on with the series about the body of Christ and documenting my recovery from a fractured wrist. This particular video was filmed fairly early on in that process, while my wrist was in a brace.

The spiritual lesson spoken as a word picture had to do with our tendency to prefer to avoid pain, even when enduring such things is actually often to our benefit, allowing us to have full and effective healing.
