• Karma, Forgiveness, & the Four Great Passions w/ Dr. Lynn
    May 13 2026

What if the hardest part isn’t what happened… but what you’re still carrying from it?

Today’s guest, Dr. Lynne, helps reframe karma beyond the cliches on mugs & t-shirts like “what goes around comes around” or “karma’s a bitch.”

    We chat about:
😳 Karma redefined – what it really is as a philosophy

🍫 How a candy bar reveals how you relate to yourself, craving and control.

👀 Why some interactions stay with you longer than they should.

💥 The key to forgiveness that doesn’t ask you to be fake, passive, or pretend everything is fine.

😬 The four great passions that quietly run the show for most of us—and once you hear them, you’ll start noticing them everywhere.

💛 The depth of the thought “Your health is your greatest wealth” If this episode makes you pause and ask, “Wait—what am I still carrying?” send it to someone who could use the reminder too.

  • The Most Embarrassing Things That Happen in Yoga Classes (Let’s Normalize It)
    May 6 2026
Ever had an embarrassing moment in a yoga class and thought, “Please let no one notice…”?

In this episode, I’m sharing the most mortifying moment of my teaching career and other yoga teaching horror stories— and how it turned into one of the most human, connecting experiences I’ve had in the room.

This one is lighter, funnier, and very real… but underneath it all is a powerful lesson in leadership, vulnerability, and what it means to hold space for actual human bodies (not perfect ones).

In this episode, we chat about:

😬 Why I almost said no to teaching a class out of pure embarrassment
👏 The unexpected protocol that turned an awkward moment into a shared experience
💬 The flood of responses from other teachers—and the stories that had me crying laughing
🔥 The leadership lesson hidden inside your most embarrassing moments
🌀 How your willingness to be human gives your students permission to be human too
💭 The reminder that bodies do weird, unpredictable, very real things—and that’s part of the practice

This episode is sh*ts, gigs, and a little bit of wisdom.

If you’ve ever felt embarrassed in a yoga class (as a teacher or a student), press play — you are definitely not alone.

  • Ashtanga Remix; Asmita, Identity, & the I-Am-Ness w/ MaKenzie Fly
    Apr 29 2026
Have you ever heard this phrase?

"Watch your thoughts, they become your words; watch your words, they become your actions; watch your actions, they become your habits; watch your habits, they become your character; watch your character, it becomes your destiny"

It's laregly attributed to the Buddha, and it reveals a truth of reality. Everything can be traced back to thought.

This Ashtanga remix class has themes of asmita (ego), identity, and sense of self, which is where thoughts comes from. Once that upgrades, everything else does too!

You can expect sun salutations, standing, balancing, seated, and closing postures from the ashtanga tradition, but with slight variations and not as many jump throughs and jump backs.

    Enjoy!

What if philosophy and asana were never meant to be separate in the first place?

In this episode, we explore the art of using themes to integrate your teaching — so your words, your sequencing, and your students’ experience all feel like one cohesive practice.

This isn’t about adding something extra to your class…
it’s about revealing what’s already there — and learning how to deliver it so it actually lands.

In this episode, we chat about:
✨ Why “good” classes often don’t become memorable
🌀 The subtle shift that turns philosophy into a felt experience
🧠 Why themes fall flat (even when they sound good in your head)
⚖️ The mistake of layering in meaning before breath and rhythm are established
🎯 How themes help students meet their edge — and stay with it
🌊 What students are actually taking with them when they leave your class
📚 The moments that quietly build trust (and keep students coming back)
🔥 Why doing less can make your teaching land more powerfully
🧘‍♀️ How to stop “adding philosophy” — and start teaching it through movement

If you’ve ever felt like your classes are technically solid… but missing something deeper — this episode will help you bridge that gap.
