His work focuses on connecting data, marketing technology and operating models to enable personalised, scalable digital experiences that improve acquisition, engagement and conversion. Jordan has played a key role in Swinburne's enterprise digital transformation, including the implementation of Adobe Experience Cloud and the redesign of the university's digital experience platform. Guillaume is also a qualified wine expert, having successfully completed his WSET Diploma last year, an expert wine qualification only held by a few thousands people globally. He has since founded his wine-tasting side business, The Wine Apothecary.
