• Ep. 20 - Saved by Grace through Faith | Ephesians 2:8-9
    May 9 2026

In Episode 20, we recap our April challenge: memorizing and meditating on Ephesians 2:8–9.

We spend this episode discussing the passage, what it teaches about grace, faith, and salvation, and how it challenged and encouraged us throughout the month.

    📖 Ephesians 2:8–9
“For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.”

We also tease our upcoming May and June challenges. As the United States approaches its 250th anniversary in July, we’ll be preparing by:

    • Learning about the Constitution
    • Studying influential people in American history

We hope this episode encourages you to stay rooted in Scripture, think deeply about your faith, and continue growing as a man above reproach.

  • Ep. 19 - The Power of Journaling
    Apr 13 2026

In Episode 19, we recap our March challenge: daily journaling.

We talk about what it was like to build the habit, where it was challenging, and how it impacted our discipline, mindset, and walk with God. Journaling sounds simple, but doing it consistently revealed a lot about where we’re at and what we need to work on.

We also share how journaling helped us slow down, reflect, and be more intentional in our thoughts and actions.

Looking ahead, we introduce our April focus: memorizing and meditating on Scripture.

    📖 Ephesians 2:8–9
“For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast.”

We’re excited to spend the month rooted in this truth and see how it shapes our perspective.

  • Ep. 17 - Dopamine DETOX
    Feb 3 2026

In Episode 17, we break down our January challenge: a Dopamine Detox.

This challenge was all about identifying habits that quietly control our attention and replacing them with disciplines that lead to clarity, self-control, and spiritual growth.

    We focused on:

    • Purity (no pornography, no masturbation, no lingering on anything that feeds lust)

    • Minimal social media (no scrolling; social media only for posting or professional use)

    • No sweets or desserts

    • No screens first thing in the morning (at least 5 minutes of exercise, prayer, mobility, reading, or Scripture before touching our phones)

We talk honestly about what was harder than expected, what surprised us, and how this challenge impacted our focus, discipline, and relationship with God.

If you’ve ever felt distracted, overstimulated, or stuck in habits you want to break, this episode will resonate.

    Oct 14 2025
Men Above Reproach — Episode 14

What does it look like to share Jesus in everyday life? In this episode of Men Above Reproach, we dive into real, unscripted conversations about faith, courage, and the Gospel.

We wrap up by reflecting on our Charlie Kirk episode (our most-watched so far) and discuss why it struck such a chord with listeners.

  • Ep. 13 - was Charlie Kirk a man above reproach?
    Sep 16 2025
Episode 13 – Reflecting on Charlie Kirk and Living Above Reproach | Men Above Reproach Podcast

In light of recent events, we take time on this episode to reflect on and dialogue about Charlie Kirk and how his life pointed to what it means to be a man above reproach.

We talk about his example, the impact he had on others, and what Christian men today can learn as we strive to live faithfully. Our hope is that this conversation encourages you to think deeply about your own walk with Christ and the legacy you want to leave.

    Our Theme Verses

    1 Timothy 3:2–3
“Therefore an overseer must be above reproach, the husband of one wife, sober-minded, self-controlled, respectable, hospitable, able to teach, not a drunkard, not violent but gentle, not quarrelsome, not a lover of money.”

    Colossians 1:22
“Jesus Christ has now reconciled in his body of flesh by his death, in order to present you holy and blameless and above reproach before him.”

    Charlie’s Favorite Verse

    Romans 8:28
“And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.”
