    To set an example and bring happiness to our little ones…
    Children become adults and some dysfunction is due to youth exposures, perceptions, and understandings
    Some of our adult issues are due to that very thing…..

    Understanding who we are helps us to create little stars and not loose our minds while doing so.

    Functional interaction decreases dysfunction

    Even if not together let’s work together so we don’t tear down or create Barriers to our future let’s recycle good communication and respect.

    Be positive to receive positivity and when dealing with negativity reflect on the mental exercises to build strength to make it through…

    What about the youth ….Find strength in setting GOOD examples and the rewards connected to that
