Prior to that, he led Taleo Corporation as Chairman and CEO, taking the company public and ultimately overseeing its successful acquisition by Oracle in 2012. With over 25 years of leadership experience in software and technology, Mike shares his perspective on guiding companies through periods of disruption—drawing on lessons learned during his time leading companies through the global financial crisis, the COVID-19 pandemic, and through today’s evolving macro environment.
