Frank Talty graduated summa cum laude from the University of Florida, earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Duke, commissioned into the U.S. Army at the height of COVID, and spent five years building programs that earned national recognition. Now he’s in his first year at Wharton as part of the Health Care Management program.

Frank’s path wasn’t random:
