It feels strange to write "the final episode," but we know all things come to an end eventually, and this is true for the Mindful Talk podcast. Listeners, thank you so much for being here through these five seasons. It has helped us heal from so many things, created community were there wasn't, and we just loved creating this for you and the world. Every career we land on is a steppingstone to the next thing.  Sometimes we are in careers for reasons that might not support our overarching goals in life. Perhaps this episode with Misti and Lauren will encourage you to make a small or a big change if needed.
