The internal stuff like fear and doubt, however its coming at you this season, this day, or even this hour. The external. People you are close to and value the opinions of. People you don't know well but still want to please. Those who give you unsolicited advice that shouldn't have weight but somehow does. How do we get past dream killers? You know we have some tips, encouragement and jewels.

We got to talk through what producing a play looks like with Booker today. Here's another God given dream, brought to fruition that didn't look anything like sunshine and rainbows. Instead it looked like frustration, excitement, passion, doubt, criticism, grit, trust, perserverance to name a few.

The leap may be terrifying, exciting, thrilling, and may take your breath away for a moment. It also means you made a choice to move yourself closer to where you need to be.
