Comfort zone is a psychological state in which a person feels familiar safe and at least it’s where we feel most ourselves and unchallenged while it’s a cozy place to be staying in our comfort zone can limit our growth and development is often when we stepped out outside of this zone, facing new experiences and challenges that we learn and grow the most remember it’s OK to feel a bit uncomfortable when you’re trying new things that’s a part of the process and is how we stretch our boundaries. So it’s time to stretch. It’s time to grow and you cannot grow in your comfort zone face the challenge. Ask God to help you in the challenge in the journey so you can begin to grow into who you desire to be and who God has called you to be.

Showing up for yourself is essential it means being aware of how you represent your greatness every day. You are great and there’s greatness on the inside of you. You have a unique contribution to make the world deserve deserves to see it. Remember to carry yourself with confidence use daily affirmations to boost self-esteem and always act in ways that reflect your true self create genuine connections and embrace challenges with an open heart. Your comfort zone is not all that comfortable so we need to step out of our comfort zone and take on new challenges yes, the journey it is vital to appreciate your accomplishments celebrate your small win along the way each step towards Self representation is a victory.
