Keith has a unique perspective on social phobia having been afflicted with it for many years. He is a British fellow who learned how to get to the bottom of it by attending a seminar that he was afraid to go to. A friend sort of pushed him. He had a breakthrough moment at the seminar and bought the whole package of NLP and hypnosis. NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Program.
