1. Stepper is a slang: a person who is socially active, makes progress or moves forward.

2. It can also mean to move forward with your life despite difficulties, as in "keep on steppin'"

3. A is a person known to carry guns and is always ready to fight, typically known to not fear jail time. Usually quiet people not known to start anything but will not hesitate to engage in any kind of fighting.

Did you know that God has his times. It’s people we are to be connected to and things we’re supposed to do or be each second that runs on the clock something is happening. A baby being born, someone being hurt, someone dying, someone’s crying. Both chaos and good but the clock don’t stop.
