• #226 Make Them Count
    Oct 19 2026

Over the weekend, I lost a man who was my brother for twenty years. Grief is real. You don’t skip it. You don’t pretend it didn’t happen. But the way you move is not by erasing them. You look at the good. You look at the impact. That impact is their living testament. They’re not gone while the people they marked are still walking around. Last week we talked about counting your days. This week is the rest of it. Don’t just count them. Make them count. And don’t wait to say how you feel. I got one more chance to tell him I loved him. That should be a habit, not a lucky break. Ecclesiastes says there is a time to mourn. Proverbs says the memory of the righteous is a blessing. First Thessalonians says we grieve, but not like people with no hope. Ecclesiastes 9 says whatever your hand finds to do, do it with everything you’ve got.

  • #225 Busy is a LIE!
    Oct 12 2026

You’re not too busy. You chose this. “Busy” is what people say when they don’t want to admit they already decided what the week was for. Work. Kids. The phone. Everybody else’s emergency. And the person, the body, the friendship, or the thing they say matters didn’t make the list. Some seasons really are full. A new baby. Somebody in the hospital. Two jobs to keep the lights on. Most busy is not that. A dad can build a career and lose his house. A mom can give everything to the kids and forget she has a husband. A friend can get moved so many times they stop asking. Luke 10 shows Martha doing good work and still missing the one thing that mattered. Psalm 90 says count your days. Psalm 127 says it’s useless to get up early and stay up late if you’re just wearing yourself out. While you’re busy being busy, the people who needed you are learning to live without you.

  • #224 Jesus Was A Bully!
    Oct 5 2026

The Jesus a lot of churches talk about would not survive his own Bible. He flipped tables. He called religious men whitewashed tombs and a brood of vipers. He told Peter, “Get behind me, Satan.” He said he did not come to bring peace, but a sword. He told the Pharisees, they were offended, and then told his guys to leave them alone. Luke 14 says if you will not put him ahead of your family and even your own life, you cannot be his disciple. Sunday school cleaned that up. The Bible didn’t. By today’s standard, and by a lot of pulpits, Jesus was a bully. He wasn’t. He just would not lie.

  • #223: You Don't Like It, You Just Hate It Less
    Sep 28 2026

You don’t like most of what you’re doing. You just hate it less than the alternatives. Jobs that aren’t bad enough to quit. Lives that are “fine.” Choices made on what’s practical, safe, and least painful — until you can’t even name what you want. Revelation 3 says lukewarm gets spit out. Matthew 25 says fear will bury what you were given. James 4 says your life is a mist. Survival is a season. Settling is not a personality. Do the audit. Change one thing.

  • #220 Nobody Asked
    Sep 7 2026

Everyone has an opinion. Not everyone has wisdom. In this episode, Travis breaks down why the need to be heard, agreed with, and validated is quietly keeping you small — and what it actually costs you. With two sharp scripture tie-ins and a no-excuses self-audit, this one will make you rethink how you listen, how you speak, and what you're really building with all that noise.

  • BONUS EP: If It Triggers You, That’s Your Work
    Sep 3 2026

Earth is triggering. For everyone. All the time. A spike does not automatically mean the other person is evil. It means something in you got touched that you have not finished working on. Real harm is real. This is not about that. This is about the move where a feeling becomes a verdict and a verdict becomes a demand that the whole room change its mouth. John 16:33 says trouble is the baseline. Genesis 4 shows Cain’s reaction telling on Cain. Proverbs 19:11 says it is to your glory to overlook an offense. Your experience is your problem. Work it. Do not bill strangers for it.
