    Namie is passionate about making yoga accessible for all, sharing the gentler side of yoga, bringing diversity, showing all the different aspects and how they can benefit you.

    We move past the stigma surrounding yoga and dig into what it actually is and the benefits it has, not only physically but also mentally.

    11 Felonies intimately brings its readers along as the author (Paul Wait) recollects his younger years. From the first time, he smoked weed at the age of 11 to getting arrested for selling drugs.

    Throughout the book, he confronts things such as bullies, addiction, divorce, loss, and mental health issues.

    After getting arrested and watching his loved ones fall victim to drugs and alcohol, he turned his life around and is now advocating against drugs like benzodiazepine and other substances.

    He educates us on the silent benzodiazepine epidemic, shares how therapy has changed his life, how he fought to change his life trajectory, and what he's learned along the way.
