My life has been greatly affected by suicide. From trying to take my own life, to half my family taking theirs.

In this podcast, I want to share how Love and Gratitude 2.0 has healed my life both with healing from the pain of the loss of my father and brother, to healing the trauma that once caused me to want to take my life.

My goal with this podcast is to help those who are walking the path I once walked in pain and sorrow from this kind of loss to one where everytime I think of them my heart fills with Love and Gratitude for them.
