We're back again with a little treat for you all, for this one we're going back to our roots. This is our first episode ever! We recorded this back in May of 2025 with our OG host, the one and only, Britt Parrish, aka botanicallybe!

She is joined by Kenny as they discuss the ins and outs of PlantCon, why we wanted to start our Podcast, and reflect on how far we've come!

We've got a special one today, hope you enjoy!

On this Episode, We got a whole translator!? We got the opportunity during 2025 to chat with another legendary name in the houseplant hobby, Kunzo Nishihata! Kunzo traveled all the way from Japan to come visit us during his (and most of our teams) very first trip to NYC! We'll be talking all about his journey through the plant world as a fourth generation wholesale grower, his impact on the online plant community, picking the right plants to experiment with, and also learn a little bit about his own wonderful plant event, Dream Garden! We've got quite a show for you today, folks! Hope you enjoy.

MASSIVE SHOUTOUT to our PlantCon alum, Sophie K, for her phenomenal translation skills, we could not have done this without her!
