• Quit Playing Yourself

    I always see a lot of people wanting to see others happy and smiling and wanting them to have a good day that they would be willing to do anything to make that happen. But when your focused so much on others your spirit and the happiness your giving out to others your taking away from yourself because YOU are not YOUR priority like need to be. Start being your therapist your main character and your support and start doing things for just you before you help someone else. How do you want to be treated? What makes you happy? Can you answer either of those it's time to do the work for yourself and elevate to kick your motivation to move levels to the happy you the positive you and where every now and then you'll be able to help someone without being distracted and forgetting yourself. Be that change, make that change.

    Stop, breathe, and take a second to think about where you came from and where your at now in your life and what you went through and what you learned. Think about next moves and turns your making to accomplish your next goal or take a sec to jot down what your next goals are. When your reflecting your sorting through your mind going down the line of what you been working on and going through empty your mind out so that you have a more clear space to reach your next level your next goal and go for it don’t rush it take your time.

    To be enough you have to take in enough or as the quote says " To give out you have to take in" take care of you before you can dish it out to others. Come up with a personalized plan to get you in the mind frame of being and feeling enough for yourself cause the ones around you your already enough for them but it's all about the main line knowing that your enough for you. 1. Make a plan 2. Stick with a routine to get you back to you and don't stray away from it 3. Affirmations goes a long way try them 4. Shadow work 5. Journaling even doing exercise questions to start you Journaling is always good and gets your mind working. Find it build it and share and give out. Happy hunting

    Take time out of a busy schedule and water you water your soul and give yourself life. We tend to keep so much bottled in that we continue to hurt but don't like to see someone else hurt place you first this time reverse and make sure your's gets taken care of speak out loud to someone or to yourself even if the tears flow let them because keeping it in is unhealthy letting it out your fixing you and healing in which we're doing as we cross another path on this Positive Strokes Journey. Be that light give and get build your team that you can go and recharge with. If its just hanging around them or having discussions with them and you know their going to tell you the truth it's helping you shine more picking you up recharging you in the process.
