• Softness Is Not Weakness
    Apr 22 2025

For so long, softness was treated like a liability—something to toughen up, hide, or outgrow. But I’ve come to learn that softness is not weakness. It’s wisdom. It’s power. And it takes strength to stay open in a world that tries to harden you. In this episode, I share how I reclaimed my softness, why it matters, and how honoring it has become one of the most courageous things I’ve ever done.

This episode is part of my voice reclamation practice. I ask the question in my own voice and answer it in my own voice—modeling how you can begin doing the same in the privacy of your own space to grow more comfortable with hearing yourself out loud.

  • Why is Being Seen So Scary?
    Apr 22 2025

There’s a reason being seen feels vulnerable, especially for women who’ve spent years hiding in plain sight. In this episode, I explore the fear behind visibility: the fear of judgment, rejection, and even success. What happens when you stop shrinking and let yourself be witnessed in your full truth?

This episode is part of my voice reclamation practice. I ask the question in my own voice and answer it in my own voice—modeling how you can begin doing the same in the privacy of your own space to grow more comfortable with hearing yourself out loud.

  • I Don’t Defend Myself Anymore
    Apr 22 2025

In this episode, I’m sharing why I no longer defend myself—and how letting go of the need to explain everything has brought peace, clarity, and strength back to my life.

You’ll hear me ask the question, and then answer it in my own voice because this isn’t just a message. It’s a practice.

    This is your reminder:

    You can do this too.

You can ask yourself the hard questions.

  • The WHY Behind the Movement!
    Apr 15 2025

At 13, something happened and my life shifted. A moment of silence was planted and it echoed for years.

This podcast was born from that silence, and from the realization that I wasn’t the only one carrying it.

If you’ve ever felt muted, minimized, or made to question the importance of your voice…This space is for you!

    It’s more than a message. It’s a movement.

  • Why is it so hard to speak up even if I know I’m right?
    Apr 15 2025

WHAT TO EXPECT IN THIS QUICK EPISODE - You know you’re right. You feel it in your bones. But when it’s time to speak… something freezes.

In this episode, we explore the MAIN hidden fear, past conditioning, and emotional weight behind the silence and why reclaiming your voice isn’t just about confidence, it’s about healing.

In my QUESTION EPISODES, I use my own voice to both ask and answer the questions, modeling a powerful, therapeutic technique to help you grow more comfortable speaking your truth out loud.

Even in private, this practice builds confidence. Over time, as you engage in this simple but profound exercise, you’ll find that your voice naturally begins to respond whether the question is asked by you or someone else. One day, you’ll be amazed at the clarity and courage in your own sound and much easier it will be to..…JUST SAY IT!

    Apr 10 2025

In this first episode of Reclaiming Your Voice, host I discusses why reclaiming your voice is more than just a speaking engagement—it’s a movement. She shares how every woman’s story is a story of reclaiming the power of her voice, overcoming the shrinking, being heard, and finding strength in speaking up. If you’re ready to empower yourself and others to break the silence and reclaim their voices, I invite you to explore how this work can transform relationships, families, and communities. It’s time to make your voice heard in the world.
