This week we go on a mission to talk about Love Languages and break them down.  I have a guest this week by the name of Julia.  She helps me break down and understand each of the 5 love languages.  We make a lot of real life references in why Love Languages are so important and then we go completely off topic and then somehow bring it back.  They are very important, so don't forget to cruise on over to www.5lovelanguages.com and take the test so you can identify your own love languages.  They have a test and a book and who knows what else over there to check out.

We are coming back strong with episode 7.  This episode covers dating disasters and my guest Jennifer gives us the 411 on what it's like being a woman in todays dating pool.  Speaking of pool, I also give a brief overview of Jennifer's new Podcast that focuses on Dating Disasters and it's called "There's Pee in the Water."  This one was definitely a fun one to make and I look forward to the new content we're working on to finish up Season 1.

This was an enlightening episode to make.  My guest this week is Kristina and she shines a light on people and their toxic traits and her version of red flags.  The most insightful conversation comes when we discuss therapy and the fear we have of it.  We break down the barriers of how people view perceive therapy and that it's ok to get help.  There is no need to fear something that can help develop you and open you up for a happier and more fulfilling life.   

I have to admit, this episode really took me by surprise.  This week I have Travis, who was in town to listen to some music and check out Lower Broadway in Nashville.  This episode puts a focus on Intentions in Dating or even Relationships for that matter.  We touch on topics that circle back to previous shows and hopefully give an insight to the feelings of people who are stood up or ghosted from time to time as they try to find their person.  

This episode was pretty personal to me, so I opted to tackle this one alone.  This week, I discuss communication and how it has been a Red Flag that has probably followed me around for many years and caused the demise of several of my past relationships.  I talk about communication in general, but go in depth as to the importance of receiving communication and the importance of being able to translate it.  Some times we hear what people say, but we aren't on the same channel to understand what it is they are actually saying.  This episode was a little awkward to record as I felt like I was speaking directly to myself, but at the same time, it needed to be said.

This week was a fun episode.  I don't even feel like I had to talk too much.  We had Jessica from Nashville join the show to tell us about her Red Flag experience.  I was not disappointed at all.  She walked us through a recent scenario in which she had been involved in and from Garlic Knots to Mermaids, this one was a lot of fun.  You guys are sure to enjoy this one and by the time you finish up, you'll be sure able to spot selfish partner potential from a mile a way.

In this episode, we talk about dating sites and the "Hookup Culture" we all seem to be stuck in.  Our special guest Barb drops in the studio to share here decades upon decades upon, well you get the idea. She gives us an insight from a woman's prospective along with her opinion on Red Flags.  We then shift to self worth and the value we must find within ourselves to be the best people we can be in order to know the must haves in a relationship and what Red Flags we should stay away from and which ones we can accept or work on.
