We have become more comfortable with being "independent" and walking through life like we are "all good" most of the time. Some people may not know how to be there for us but it is important to be honest and communicate what may be going on.
Connection and relationship building can be a cure for many things (along with building our relationship with Jesus). We can learn to bear each others burdens, to be real, and to grow while we build the kingdom. Together! Rather than walking through the day to day in the dark, alone or away from others.
As we connect with others we can walk towards Jesus. Then the dark heaviness is not just ours to carry. We can feel lighter while we share life together.
